Introduction

The Best Electrical Company, Inc. was established in 1954 by Victor V. Giacalone, the father of the current owner and President, Victor J. Giacalone. The Best Electrical, Inc. is an electrical contracting company with an average staff of twenty (20) electricians and seven (7) office personnel.

The Best Electrical Company, Inc. is experienced in new construction, retrofit/remodel projects and electrical maintenance for retail, office, industrial, and residential environments - specializing in design/build electrical work. Our market area covers: Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Cruz, San Benito, San Francisco, Monterey, Marin, Solano, Fresno, and Yolo counties.

Service electricians are available 24 hours per day. Vic Giacalone can also offer his services, as an electrical consultant, in regard to Construction Claims' litigation.

Philosophy

Much of our company's work has stemmed from long-term relationships with general contractors, developers and owners who have learned to count on the quality of Best Electrical's work and to value the integrity of the company's management and project leaders. 

As a businessman, Victor J. Giacalone puts a premium on these long-term relationships with clients. He also
demonstrates the same commitment to the community, having served on the boards of many non-profit organizations in San Jose, the home city of Best Electrical. 

Affiliations

The Best Electrical Company, Inc. is a union shop, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. All Journeymen electricians serve a five (5) year apprenticeship under the auspices of the National Electrical Contractors Associations(NECA)/I.B.E.W. Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
